Is it cool to smoke in front of Albertson's while ringing a bell and trying to collect $$ for the Salvation Army? It stunk so bad just walking in, surely I didn't want to put money in the bucket while trying to hold my breath (& my baby.)
And, isn't there some kind of law that says they have to be at least 25 feet away from the building? Ya, I think he was breaking that law.
